Padhuva Associates is an all-in-one fabrication solutions provider offering design, structural fabrication, manufacturing, and on-site execution services. The company serves commercial and industrial clients with a focus on precision, durability, and timely delivery.

The objective of this project was to build a clear digital presence supported by consistent lead generation and a structured sales system. While the company had strong operational capabilities, it lacked a defined content strategy and an organized process to convert inquiries into confirmed projects.

We developed service-focused content that clearly communicates their fabrication expertise and complete solution approach. Targeted lead generation campaigns were launched to reach contractors, builders, and project decision-makers. In addition, a structured sales pipeline was implemented, including lead capture systems, follow-up workflows, and tracking mechanisms to ensure systematic conversion management.

This approach enabled Padhuva Associates to move from irregular referrals to a more consistent lead flow supported by a defined content strategy and measurable sales process.
